Frequently Asked Questions for Sargent - 8815 - Exit Device with Trim Lever - Passage - 36" - Satin Stainless Steel - Grade 1 Latch Only features 20 gauge stainless steel

How should I interpret a product labeled as recommended?

Check whether the label changes with your selected option. Avoid treating prominence on a page as a documented product benefit.

How can I tell whether a published answer applies to my product option?

Do not infer a universal seller policy from one buyer's experience. Check whether additional conditions appear elsewhere in the same discussion.

How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?

Review the fulfillment information for the exact offer you selected. Do not assume a completed payment message confirms that fulfillment has finished.
